Post Covid-19 Viewing Houses Procedure

Castle Estate Agents are working hard during Covid-19 to ensure our vendors and buyers are kept safe at all times.

We are still doing viewing houses following all the HSE Guidelines. Please look at the virtual tour first etc.

Here in Castle, we are ready to help you sell your home and will do so in a safe & protected manner.

✅ Every Agent will be equipped with disposable gloves.

✅ Each Agent will be wearing medical grade face masks.

✅ All doors within the property will be opened to reduce personal contact.

✅ Only one person will be allowed to enter the property at any given time.

Virtual tours:

Virtual tours for viewing houses will be available in 2021.

– Every listing will have the opportunity to avail of our technology and have a free Ricoh Tour done for their house (normal cost of €280).

– All buyers will be sent a FREE Virtual Tour of the property. Every buyer will be vetted first. Proof of funds will be required from each buyer before entering.
